Rates and Turn-Around-Time

My rates are considered customary. My turn-around-time for regular jobs is 2 - 3 days; the time I actually receive an order will start the clock (i.e.  10:00 a.m. Tuesday to 10:00 a.m. Thursday = 2 days/48 hours). Most jobs will be returned within 48 hours.

• $0.40/page for regular turnaround, 2 - 3 days from time of receipt of job.
• $0.60/page for work required to be done over the weekend (i.e. received on Friday, due back to you by Monday a.m.), or as a Rush (less than 2 days).
• $0.80/page if requesting I "drop everything else" to get this done.

Policies

• I reserve the right to adjust the stated rates if I feel it is appropriate. Rates are based on the assumption that the work has been edited or scoped and is ready to be proofed. Extremely dense text, poorly edited or messy material may be subject to the rate increase.
• Invoicing is done and sent by email on the 1st and the 15th of each month, with payment due within 10 calendar days (net 10). Late payments will incur a 10% fee each month until paid; I cannot accept new jobs if payment is 7 days or more past due.
• New clients and one-off jobs* will be billed immediately with payment due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date. For new clients, once we have a working arrangement established, standard billing policy will apply.
• Payments can be made online directly from invoice. I do not currently use PayPal.

*One-off jobs: no other jobs expected with the next 30 days.
